第二辑 直抵心灵的真相 Volume 2: Truth That Touches Your Heart
我们人类潜意识里面其实都是很消极的，即使是那些不缺钱、夜夜笙歌、吃喝玩乐的人，看起来像是在享受生活，其实他们的内心深处都是非常不安的。
Within the subconscious of us humans, there is actually a lot of negativity. Even those who have wealth, revel in nightlife, and indulge in pleasures may seem to be enjoying life, but in reality, deep within their hearts, they are very unsettled.
为什么?因为他的深层意识里知道自己必将老去，并且必将一天一天走向死亡，他的内心深处是很无奈、很恐惧的，充满了不安——死了以后，还有灵魂吗？还是一了百了？人死如灯灭？尘归尘、土归土？
Why? Because deep within his subconscious, he knows that he will age and eventually approach death day by day. His innermost being is filled with helplessness and fear, full of unease—after death, will there still be a soul? Or is it all over? Does a person die like a candle extinguished? Dust to dust, ashes to ashes?
这种潜藏在意识深处的不安时时都在，只有在忙于工作或者是享乐的时候，才能够把这种恐惧、不安和无奈暂时地忘掉。
This underlying unease lurking deep within the subconscious is ever-present. Only when busy with work or enjoying pleasure can one temporarily forget about this fear, unease, and helplessness.
所以绝大多数人是不敢独处的，独处时他的心会感到空落落的，平时被掩盖和忽略的不安和恐惧在此时就凸显出来了。
Therefore, the vast majority of people are afraid of being alone. When alone, their hearts feel empty, and the anxieties and fears that are usually suppressed and overlooked become evident at this moment.
他不知道生命的真相，也不知道最终死后将去往何方，但是他知道自己会死的，哪个不知道？再愚笨的人都知道，他的潜意识里面是知道的，虽然知道但是又没办法解决，所以他只有通过贪著眼前的享受、不断地干这干那来填满自己的一切时间，以此消解痛苦。这是一种最消极的人生，但是无知的人们还觉得自己挺积极。
They don't know the truth of life, nor do they know where they will go after death. But they know they will die; who doesn't? Even the most foolish person knows it, deep down in their subconscious. Although they know, they can't find a solution. So, they can only fill their time by craving immediate pleasures and constant busyness to distract themselves from the suffering. It's the most negative way of living, yet ignorant people still think they are quite positive.
这个世界上还有一部分人，他们会积极地去面对这个问题，勇敢而无畏地去探究生从何来，死往何处，希望能找到超越生死的方法。
In this world, there is another group of people who actively face this question, bravely and fearlessly exploring where life comes from and where death leads, hoping to find a way beyond birth and death.
其实早在三千多年前，觉悟者就已经找到并实践了这个方法，几十个世纪以来，觉悟者的追随者从来没有停下他们的脚步，其中，也有相当多的人成功超越了，并且把成功的理论和方法传承了下来，并没有失传，亲，您有勇气和兴趣吗？那我们一起哈！
